“No woman should have to fight alone for her dignity, no victim should lose hope of justice, and no person should be deprived of their rights.”
Smt. Hemlata Sharma JiNational President & Founder
For me, founding Human Rights & Women Safety Trust was not just the start of an organisation. It is a resolve — to raise a voice against injustice, to secure dignity and safety for women, and to make every person aware of their rights.
Even today many people do not know their fundamental rights. In some places women face violence and discrimination; elsewhere children, the elderly and the needy have to struggle for justice, respect and equal opportunity. These problems inspired me to lay the foundation of a platform where the voice of victims is heard and they receive proper guidance and help.
“Service of humanity, protection of rights and respect for women — this is our resolve, this is our identity.”
